Local system crash via null-pointer IOCTL dereference

A null-pointer dereference in IObit Advanced SystemCare Ultimate 17.0 allows local users to crash Windows through a driver IOCTL. AscRegistryFilter.sys mishandles crafted input to IOCTL 0x8001E000 by dereferencing a null pointer in its request handler. Low-privileged local access is required, and published assessments report a system crash without data disclosure or modification.
