Arbitrary file read via CSRF path traversal

Path traversal in Chunghwa Telecom topm-client 0.3.14 through 0.3.17 allows remote attackers to read local files through a phishing page. A local web server exposes APIs without CSRF protection, and one API resolves attacker-controlled relative paths without confining them to the intended directory. A victim must visit attacker-controlled content while the client is running; the demonstrated consequence is confidentiality loss through arbitrary file reads.
