Arbitrary file deletion via CSRF path traversal

Absolute path traversal in Chunghwa Telecom tbm-client 0.3.15 through 0.3.20 allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary files. A local web API lacks CSRF protection and accepts an absolute path for a file-deletion operation without constraining it to an intended directory. A victim must visit an attacker-controlled phishing page while the client is running; the page can invoke the localhost API without authentication and delete files accessible to the user's process.
