Dangerous file upload via unchecked imgage argument
Published Feb 6, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Unrestricted file upload in Juanpao JPShop 1.5.02 allows remote authenticated users to write attacker-chosen files via an API request. The actionUpdate function in /api/controllers/common/UploadsController.php accepts the imgage argument without restricting dangerous file types. A low-privileged account can reach the network endpoint without user interaction; public evidence does not establish the uploaded path or code execution.
