Contributor-level PHP object injection via unsafe deserialization
Published Jan 11, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
PHP object injection in Premio Coupon X 1.3.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject objects through capture_email. The capture_email AJAX action deserializes attacker-controlled WordPress post content without restricting which PHP classes can be instantiated. Contributor-level access is required, and file deletion, sensitive-data retrieval, or code execution additionally requires a usable POP chain from another installed plugin or theme.
