Stored XSS via unescaped CSS parameters
Published Feb 4, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in DevItems HT Mega Addons for Elementor 2.7.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject browser scripts. The plugin accepts the block_css and inner_css parameters without sufficient input sanitization and later emits the stored values into page output without adequate escaping. Contributor-level access or higher is required to plant a payload, which executes in a visitor's browser whenever the injected page is opened.
