File read and memory exhaustion via username traversal

Authentication bypass in Skupper before 1.8.3 allows remote authenticated users to read container files or exhaust memory. The flow collector joins the HTTP Basic Auth username to FLOW_USERS, opens the resulting path, and reads the entire file as the expected password without restricting the name to credential files. Internal console authentication must be enabled and valid low-privilege credentials supplied; traversal can disclose user-readable files, while a large target can interrupt service through memory exhaustion.
