CVE-2024-1258

Administrative JWT secret disclosure via hard-coded key

Published Feb 6, 2024 · Updated Aug 19, 2024

Use of a hard-coded key in the API component of Juanpao JPShop 1.5.02 allows attackers to obtain the shared administrative JWT secret. The api/config/params.php file assigns JWT_KEY_ADMIN a fixed value rather than generating or loading a deployment-specific secret. An attacker must have adjacent-network access and overcome high attack complexity; the published assessment limits impact to confidentiality.
