Graphics-output freeze via non-aligned MCU access

Denial of service in Imagination Technologies Graphics DDK 1.15 RTM through 24.3 RTM allows local users to freeze graphics output. Improper GPU system calls force the GPU microcontroller to access a non-aligned address, dereferencing an untrusted pointer and crashing its firmware. A non-privileged locally installed application can trigger the crash, which interrupts graphics output without reported data disclosure or modification.
