Authenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload

Unrestricted file upload in Byzoro Smart S40 Management Platform 20240126 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. The Import Handler at /useratte/web.php accepts the file_upload filename and content without suffix restrictions, then serves the file from /upload/. A valid high-privilege session is required; the published request uploads a .php file and direct retrieval runs it under the web server.
