Authenticated database disclosure via DELETE_STR concatenation

SQL injection in Tongda OA 2017 through 11.10 allows remote authenticated users to read database data through crafted DELETE_STR input. The delete.php handler removes null values and directly concatenates DELETE_STR into an SQL statement, while global filtering blocks only conventional patterns. Exploitation requires low-privileged access from an adjacent network and uses a blind response-delay oracle to recover database contents.
