Username enumeration via unchecked user ID lookup

Authorization bypass in Dromara UJCMS 9.6.0 through 9.6.3 allows remote attackers to enumerate usernames through the /users/id endpoint. The endpoint accepts an arbitrary numeric user ID and returns the associated username without verifying that the requester is authorized to view that account. No authentication is required, but systematic enumeration is difficult because most user IDs are large numbers; disclosure is limited to account usernames.
