Database read and modification via concatenated search parameters
Published Dec 11, 2024 · Updated Dec 11, 2024
SQL injection in CJBI Wetech CMS 1.0 through 1.2 allows remote authenticated users to read or modify database data via admin user search. UserDao.findUser concatenates searchValue, gId, and rId directly into an HQL string before passing the completed statement to the data-access layer. An authenticated admin-console session is required; the published proof of concept demonstrates blind inference of database values.
