Account role overwrite via silent JIT provisioning

Role overwrite in affected WSO2 products allows remote attackers to modify a local user's roles through federated authentication. Silent JIT provisioning matches a federated identity to an existing local username and replaces the local account's role set with roles asserted by the federated IdP instead of preserving role segregation. Exploitation requires silent JIT, an IdP where attackers can create accounts, and knowledge of a valid local username; changes remain limited to roles defined by that IdP.
