Reflected script execution via unescaped status parameter
Published Dec 17, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Reflected XSS in WP BASE Booking 4.9.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through the status parameter. The request-handling path reflects the status parameter into generated HTML without sufficient input sanitization or context-appropriate output escaping. Exploitation is unauthenticated but requires a victim to open a crafted link, causing attacker-controlled script execution in that user's browser context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
