Stored XSS via unsanitized file attributes

Stored XSS in Concrete CMS 9.0.0 through 9.2.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through file attributes. The Edit Attributes page stores insufficiently sanitized file tag or description values and renders them when the file is edited again. A rogue administrator must save the payload, and another administrator must open the same file for editing, exposing that administrator's browser context.
