Unauthenticated database disclosure via unprepared post_title query
Published Jan 11, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
SQL injection in CF Internal Link Shortcode 1.1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read database data through post_title. The public lookup handler inserts the post_title GET value into a post-title predicate without sufficient escaping or a prepared query. The cf_action=cfplsc_id_lookup route requires no authentication, and demonstrated blind, error-based, and time-based payloads disclose database contents.
