Cookie smuggling in Quarkus HTTP before 5.3.4 allows remote attackers to read HttpOnly cookies or spoof cookie values via requests. Cookies.parseCookie fails to terminate and discard an unterminated quoted value when it encounters a semicolon or configured comma delimiter. No authentication is required, but exploitation depends on application cookie handling and can expose protected cookie data or inject additional cookie values.
