Cross-site scripting via unsanitized Ajax messages

Cross-site scripting in affected Drupal Core releases allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. MessageCommand::render passed ordinary message text unchanged into an Ajax command for client-side HTML rendering; the fix applies Xss::filterAdmin unless the value is trusted MarkupInterface content. The issue affects 8.8.0 through 10.2.10, 10.3.0 through 10.3.8, and 11.0.0 through 11.0.7, and exploitation requires a vulnerable status-message path and another user's browser.
