Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped read-more text
Published Mar 16, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in Roxnor ElementsKit Elementor Addons 3.0.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts via read-more text. The Blog Posts widget stores its ekit_blog_posts_btn_text control without sufficient sanitization and renders the value without output escaping. Contributor access is required to save the crafted label; the script executes in browsers that open the affected page.
