Reflected XSS via missing request nonce
Published Jan 18, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
CSRF in Kevon Adonis WP Abstracts 2.7.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through an administrator's forged request. The wpabstracts_load_status() and wpabstracts_delete_abstracts() handlers accept state-changing input without validating a WordPress nonce. Exploitation requires a site administrator to follow an attacker-controlled link, after which injected script runs in the administrator's browser context.
