CVE-2024-12375Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Arbitrary file read via absolute path traversal

Published Mar 20, 2025 · Updated Mar 20, 2025

Absolute path traversal in AUTOMATIC1111 Stable Diffusion WebUI at git 82a973c allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary host files. A crafted application request supplies an absolute path that escapes the intended directory, but public sources do not identify the affected endpoint or parameter. Low-privilege application access is required; exploitation discloses files readable by the WebUI process without changing data or interrupting service.
