Device crash via unchecked CGI arguments

Classic buffer overflow in Rockwell Automation PowerMonitor 1000 before 4.020 allows remote attackers to crash the device via crafted HTTP requests. The web server converts CGI arguments into two-byte values and writes more than 0x50 values past buffer_0x100_2 because the first copy has no bounds check. Parsing occurs before authorization, so no credentials or user interaction are required to interrupt meter availability.
