Arbitrary file deletion in TeamViewer Patch & Asset Management before 24.12 allows local users to delete files on Windows systems. TeamViewer identifies insufficient permissions in the component but does not disclose the affected file operation or how attacker-controlled paths reach it. The component is present only when the Patch Management or Asset Management feature is assigned to a device or group; local authenticated access is required, and deletion can compromise file integrity and service availability.
