Authenticated file disclosure via unchecked invoice path

Path traversal in InvoicePlane 1.6.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read server files through invoice downloads. The invoices controller's download() method URL-decodes the invoice path and passes it directly to readfile() under the uploads archive directory without reducing it to a basename or verifying the resolved path. A low-privileged authenticated account can escape that directory and disclose readable server files; no write or service-interruption impact is reported.
