Router crash via oversized FTP username

Buffer overflow in the TP-Link VN020-F3v FTP USER handler in TT_V6.2.1021 allows remote attackers to crash the router. The handler fails to enforce a username-length limit, so an FTP USER command containing 1,450 bytes corrupts memory and immediately terminates router operation. The FTP service must be reachable; no login is required for the immediate-crash path, while longer payloads can corrupt authentication state.
