Reflected XSS via unescaped page parameter
Published Dec 10, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Reflected XSS in the turboSMTP WordPress plugin 4.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts via the page parameter. turbo-stats-section.php reflects the unsanitized page query value into an administrative page without context-appropriate output escaping. Exploitation requires a logged-in turboSMTP user to follow an attacker-crafted link, after which the script runs in that user's browser context.
