Unauthenticated popup-template disclosure via unchecked export handler
Published Jan 7, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Missing authorization in Artbees Jupiter X Core 4.8.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to export popup templates without authentication. The export_popup_action() AJAX handler retrieves and returns requested popup-template data without first enforcing a user-capability check. Any network client that can reach the WordPress AJAX endpoint can read stored popup-template content; no integrity or availability impact is reported.
