Privilege escalation via missing role-update nonce

Cross-site request forgery in ShinePHP User Role Editor 4.64.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to assign administrator roles. The update_roles() function accepts a role-change request without validating a WordPress nonce before adding or removing roles for arbitrary users. An administrator must follow a forged link or otherwise submit the request, after which the attacker can grant an account administrator privileges.
