Local secret disclosure via unfiltered GraphQL logging

Sensitive-data logging in affected GitLab CE/EE releases allows local users to read secrets supplied as GraphQL mutation literals. The GraphQL controller records mutation query strings in graphql_json.log without filtering sensitive literal values, including dependency-proxy passwords. Exploitation requires local access to GitLab Rails logs after an authenticated user submits a secret-bearing mutation, and the resulting exposure is limited to confidentiality.
