CVE-2024-1228

Patient-data disclosure via shared hard-coded database password

Published Jun 10, 2024 · Updated Oct 7, 2025

Hard-coded credentials in EuroSoft Przychodnia before 20240417.001 allow local users to read sensitive patient data from its database. The software embeds the same database password in every installation, so possession of that credential bypasses installation-specific database authentication. Local access to the database service or its files is required; successful use exposes stored patient records, with no separately reported remote path.
