Stored XSS via unescaped row label
Published Jan 14, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in Page Builder by SiteOrigin 2.31.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through row labels. The tpl/metabox-panels.php template renders a saved row label without sufficient sanitization or output escaping, so HTML and script remain executable. Contributor-level access is required to store the label, and script execution occurs in the browser of a user who opens the injected page.
