Unauthenticated database manipulation via unsanitized search parameter
Published Dec 5, 2024 · Updated Dec 5, 2024
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Complaint Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read, modify, or delete MySQL data without authentication. The complaint-search.php handler places the POST search value directly into a database query without validation or parameter binding. No login is required; demonstrated boolean-, error-, time-, and UNION-based payloads expose database records and alter query behavior.
