System crash via unchecked physical-memory mapping

Null pointer dereference in MSI Dragon Center 2.0.146 allows local users to crash Windows through the NTIOLib_X64.sys IOCTL handler. The ReadPhysicalMemory handler passes a failed MmMapIoSpace result to MmUnmapIoSpace without checking for NULL. A low-privileged local user who can open the driver device can trigger a systemwide blue-screen crash; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
