Privilege escalation via Punycode hostname equivalence

Unsafe hostname equivalence in Servo Project rust-url before 1.0.0 allows attackers to bypass hostname-based privilege checks. The idna crate accepts Punycode labels that decode solely to ASCII or the empty root, causing distinct input hostnames to normalize as equal. Exploitation requires a consuming application to use normalized hostname equality for a privilege decision, a client that resolves the masked name, and attacker control of its DNS record and TLS certificate.
