Arbitrary file write via unsafe archive extraction

Path traversal in GluonCV 0.10.0 and earlier allows local users to overwrite arbitrary files by supplying a crafted tar.gz archive. ImageClassificationDataset.from_csv() downloads a URL and extracts archive members without ensuring resolved paths remain inside the destination or rejecting unsafe symbolic links. Exploitation requires a victim workflow to process an attacker-controlled archive URL, after which files writable by that process can be replaced and dependent services can be interrupted.
