Subscriber-to-Administrator escalation via unchecked AJAX action

Missing authorization in ELEXtensions ELEX HelpDesk 3.2.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to create administrator accounts. The eh_crm_agent_add_user AJAX action creates a user with the Administrator role without verifying that the requester has the required capability. Any Subscriber-level WordPress account can invoke the action, converting ordinary authenticated access into full site administration.
