CVE-2024-12131Network attack vector

Unauthorized resume submission via unchecked ownership key

Published Jan 7, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026

IDOR in WP Job Portal 2.2.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to submit another applicant's resume to a job. The job-application model accepts a user-controlled resume key without verifying that the current account owns the referenced resume, then records the application under that object. Subscriber-level access is sufficient, and the resulting unauthorized association compromises application-record integrity without disclosed data reading or service interruption.
