Unauthenticated quiz disclosure via public REST endpoints
Published Feb 5, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Information exposure in LearnDash LMS 4.10.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to read quiz questions through REST APIs. The plugin exposes sfwd-question and ld-exam posts through public /wp/v2/ routes without requiring authentication or course enrollment. These APIs are enabled by default, so network visitors can enumerate questions; the documented consequence is loss of quiz confidentiality.
