Brute-force continuation via predictable IP-unblock key

Security-control bypass in Advanced Google reCAPTCHA 1.25 and earlier allows remote attackers to unblock a locked IP address. The recovery-link generator creates its request key without sufficient randomness, making the IP-unblock URL predictable. The source IP must first be locked after excessive failed logins; bypassing that lockout permits continued password guessing but does not itself grant account access.
