Database disclosure via unprepared duplicate-post query
Published Dec 24, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
SQL injection in CodeTides Advanced Floating Content 3.8.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read database data. The floating_content_duplicate_post function insufficiently escapes a user-supplied parameter and submits the resulting SQL without sufficient preparation. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to append SQL statements to an existing query and extract sensitive database information.
