Stored XSS in Coverity before 2024.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to compromise local platform accounts via administrative interfaces. Black Duck identifies various administrative interfaces but has not disclosed the affected fields or the missing output-encoding operation. High-privileged access is required to store the payload, which compromises local accounts when an affected interface renders it.
