Authenticated service interruption via crafted aten_id
Published Feb 3, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Denial of service in CodeAstro Employee Task Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt attendance handling. In attendance-info.php, caller-controlled aten_id selects an attendance deletion operation, but public reports do not explain the resource-release failure that interrupts service. A valid session is required; successful exploitation can alter attendance data and reduce availability, with no reported data disclosure.
