Deserialization in GFI Archiver 15.6 Store Service allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code as SYSTEM over TCP port 8018. The service accepts user-supplied serialized data without adequate validation and deserializes it in a SYSTEM-privileged process. Valid credentials and network access to the service are required; successful exploitation grants full code execution on the Archiver server.
