Credential disclosure via trace-level password logging
Published Jan 17, 2025 · Updated Jan 22, 2025
Sensitive-data logging in Fortra Application Hub 1.0 through 1.2 allows local users to read credentials from the IAM log file. When trace logging is manually enabled, the IAM or CORE service writes passwords into the IAM log instead of excluding credential fields. A local user with low-privilege access to that log can recover the recorded passwords, with no reported integrity or availability impact.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
