Local code execution via Pager DLL search

Uncontrolled DLL search in affected Mitsubishi Electric industrial software allows local users to execute code through the Pager agent. The alarm multi-agent notification feature loads a crafted DLL placed in an unconstrained search folder instead of requiring a trusted library path. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and installation of the optional Pager agent; loaded code runs with the agent's rights.
