Stored XSS via unfiltered shortcode application attribute

Stored XSS in the continue-with-vipps shortcode in Login with Vipps and MobilePay 1.3.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts. VippsLogin::continue_button_html places the shortcode's application attribute inside a javascript link without filtering characters or escaping the JavaScript context. Contributor-level access is required to save the crafted shortcode; its payload executes when a visitor presses the rendered button.
