Viewer-level URL disclosure via nonsecure field

Information disclosure in Grafana allows remote authenticated users with Viewer access to read a VictorOps integration URL. The VictorOps contact-point schema treated its URL as an ordinary setting rather than a secure field, leaving the value unencrypted and exposed through alerting configuration reads. A Viewer account and a configured VictorOps contact point are required; disclosure is limited to the integration URL, with no reported modification or service interruption.
