Account takeover via interchangeable reusable email tokens

Authentication bypass in CTFd 3.7.4 and earlier allows man-in-the-middle attackers to take over accounts with exposed email tokens. Activation and password-reset flows sign the same email value with the same secret and accept either token type repeatedly for 30 minutes. Exploitation requires access to a token from a URL, browser history, proxy log, or on-path interception; replay against the reset flow permits a password change and account takeover.
