Stored script execution via unvalidated equipment fields
Published Nov 26, 2024 · Updated Nov 26, 2024
Stored XSS in CodeAstro Hospital Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The laboratory-equipment handler stores seven POST fields in his_equipments without validation or output neutralization, preserving injected markup. Reachability requires access to the administrative equipment form and another user to view the stored data, exposing that viewer's browser session to script actions.
